OUR Team

Captain AARON

I grew up here in Bodega Bay. Both of my parents were charter boat captains so I spent a lot of time fishing on the local boats. I found my passion in fishing and after graduation from the California Maritime Academy I decided to come home and continue my career as a local guide. I love sharing the coast with others. Bodega Bay and the surrounding waters is a special place. It is home to salmon, rockfish, lingcod, white sea bass, and tuna throughout the year. The ocean along our section of the coast is a constantly changing place with new fish, birds, and whales all the time. There will never be 2 days the same and that is part of the fun.

Hopefully if you are reading this we will get the chance to fish together soon. See you on the water.

Vince Orsini

Vince grew up in Monterey and started working on the boats there when he was a teenager. After fishing up and down the coast he finally landed in Bodega Bay working on charter boats.

Vince has been fishing out of Bodega Bay for 35 years as a guide on the charter boats. When he is not helping with the charter side of the business he is commercial fishing. As the most experienced member of our crew Vince is often advising our charter trips about the best weather and fishing conditions in the area.

Alex Orsini

Alex is Vinces older brother and Aaron's uncle. He has been commercial fishing for more than 40 years. Growing up in Monterey he started the Orsini's down the road and out onto the water fishing.

Alex has experienced many different fisheries along the coast. He is a wealth of knowledge and stories. When he is not fishing with Vince commercially he can often be found on the beach catching perch and stripers.
