Lingcod on the chew

Captain Brian and Crew Wesley took 6 fisherman out on Ghost II today, Friday, April 15th. They came back in with 9 lingcod to 15#’s and limits of quality rockfish. It was a great weather day with light winds, sun and calm seas. The fleet reported poor salmon fishing after the recent storms so Captain Brian focused his efforts on bottom fish this trip with great success. The fish took jigs and swim baits in deep water south of the harbor. With a little weather coming in this weekend we are still optimistic for the upcoming week. Monday and Tuesday’s weather look very good and we have 3 spots open both days. If you have been waiting for your chance to get out there this April this is a good opportunity.
